MELT Method Level 1 - 4 Week Course (November 2023)

This series of 4, 60 minute classes are designed to introduce you to the MELT Method Level 1 and guide you through a variety of techniques to decrease pain & tension and increase range of motion & performance. This course has been designed for both those who are new to the MELT method, and people who have completed the MELT Introduction course. It can also form a good refresher for those who are familiar with MELT. It is ideal for athletes, those looking to improve performance or if you are looking to prevent injury or reduce chronic pain.

If you haven’t done MELT before we do have 1-to-1 MELT sessions which can be booked before attending the course if you want to be a step ahead.

Learn how to:

  • Identify where you have stuck stress in your body, a major cause of chronic aches and pains

  • Use the MELT Hand & Foot Treatment, a unique indirect treatment for your whole body

  • Improve your Body Sense and notice the changes as your body effortlessly finds greater alignment and balance

  • Activate your own core strength and stability

  • Use the MELT Soft Body Roller to rehydrate the tissues of your body for greater mobility and ease of motion

  • Safety and effectively decompress your own neck and lower back

  • Relieve common issues like headaches, fascia pain, muscle tension and more!

This course is the NEXT step for those who have completed the introduction course or a 1-2-1 MELT session with Lisa. This course is ideal for athletes, those looking to improve performance or if you are looking to prevent injury or reduce chronic pain. Classes are Thursdays the 13th, 20th, 27th of January and 3rd, 10th and 17th of February. Classes are February 10th, 17th, 24th and 3rd, 10th, 17th March. Course is $150 for 6 classes! A new year and a new fitness plan! With gyms closed the roads are the next best thing to keep in shape and start 2022 strong. Whether you are just starting, getting back into it, or increasing your distance it’s important to understand your body, its strengths, and weaknesses. 

Paige Johnston will carry out a series of measurements and tests that will help you to understand how your body moves, and where your strengths and weaknesses are in relation to running, as well as providing tips on how to resolve any potential issues.    

She will analyze your walking and running gait as well as carrying out an assessment of the body to make sure all systems are working optimally for your running. Paige will be able to answer any queries that you have about your running, and set you up in the best way to carry on.
