How amazing would it be if your practitioners collaborated properly to find the best outcome for you. To treat your pain and discomfort with a long lasting result? Or to collaborate to allow you to reach your goals, whether it be running faster, riding further, playing a sport at the next level, or returning to work pain free.

Agile is a team of Integrated Health specialists that was created from Thomas and Cassie’s passion for rehabilitation and care. Started by Cassandra who was a London based physiotherapist, and Thomas who has years of experience working within the health care sector. They wanted to use their experience to bring a truly collaborative ethos to MSK rehab in Victoria.

We are big believers that one size does not fit all. Different people need different practitioners, different treatments and different techniques to match their needs. We use a personalized treatment plan which is designed during your first session and reviewed constantly by your practitioners. The treatment plan helps you to understand what needs to be done and why, as well as who will be involved in getting you back to your full agility.
