A new year and a new fitness plan! With gyms closed the roads are the next best thing to keep in shape and start 2022 strong. Whether you are just starting, getting back into it, or increasing your distance it’s important to understand your body, its strengths, and weaknesses. 

Paige Johnston will carry out a series of measurements and tests that will help you to understand how your body moves, and where your strengths and weaknesses are in relation to running, as well as providing tips on how to resolve any potential issues.    

She will analyze your walking and running gait as well as carrying out an assessment of the body to make sure all systems are working optimally for your running. Paige will be able to answer any queries that you have about your running, and set you up in the best way to carry on.
