Sean Pearse - Personal Trainer and Movement Coach

Sean was born and raised in Victoria. His passion for movement started as a soccer player. His pursuit of becoming a professional allowed him to understand what it takes to live as an elite athlete, make movement a lifestyle, and continually evolve and grow towards a vision. 

After trialing with a Pro team in Germany, his mind shifted to a growing appreciation of holistic wellbeing. He decided to attend Camosun College to study Psychology, travel the world, dive into Health and Life coaching, and began his movement journey as a generalist to end up where he is now, as a personal trainer and movement coach.

His curiosity for a wide range of disciplines has allowed him to coach movement in it’s many flavours. Being certified by CanFitPro as a Personal Trainer, his unique blend of functional training, conventional and unconventional tool usage has allowed his passionate endeavours to be offered as a uniquely tailored experience for clients. His sessions are not only aimed at meeting a client where they are but also guiding them to where they want to be. He also inspires clients to create a movement practice that will bring joy and vitality into their lives as independents. From calisthenics, kettle bells, steel maces, animal flow and many other disciplines, a selection of training options is always available to help a client become a fully functional and thriving inhabitant of their body.
