What am I entitled to?

ICBC allows for the following pre-authorized treatment sessions within the first 12 weeks following an accident:

25 x Physiotherapy

12 x Massage Therapy

12 x Kinesiology

12 x Acupuncture

25 x Chiropractic

12 x Counselling

12 x Psychology

You can attend for multiple treatment types in one day, however you cannot attend for multiple of the same treatment type in one day. E.g. You can come for Physio and massage on the same day.

How much will I need to pay?

The prices for ICBC treatments at Agile for all services excluding Registered Massage Therapy have already been adjusted to the ICBC coverage, to ensure that you don’t need to pay anything within your entitlement.

Registered Massage Therapy treatments do however have a small top up fee. This will be the difference between the ICBC coverage and our standard appointment fee at the time.
